Job Description

We're looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice of our organization. This crucial role ensures a positive first impression for all visitors and callers, while also providing essential administrative support to keep our front desk running smoothly.
 

Requirements

 
  • - Greet visitors warmly, direct them appropriately, manage visitor logs, and maintain a tidy, presentable reception area.
  • - Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls promptly, take accurate messages, and handle all incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • - Provide general clerical support, schedule appointments, coordinate meeting rooms, assist with document preparation, and manage office supplies.
  • - Deliver excellent customer service to all stakeholders, address inquiries, and resolve minor issues efficiently.
  • - Adhere to security procedures and assist with emergency protocols.
  • - High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • - Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or a similar role.
  • - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), excellent verbal and written communication skills, a professional demeanor, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, and exceptional customer service skills. You should be resourceful, proactive, and have keen attention to detail.
