Compass Hospitality and Seacare Hospitality have partnered once more for the acquisition of The Dilkhusa Hotel in Ilfracombe, UK.
20th November 2023 – This acquisition marks another step in their expansion into the UK hospitality market, which has been rebounding in recent years. The Dilkhusa Hotel, with its 99 bedrooms and coastal location, is now part of the Compass Hospitality managed portfolio, making it the 21st hotel that the group operates in the United Kingdom. This move reflects their commitment to growth and investment in the UK’s hospitality sector.

27th September 2023 – The Esplanade Hotel joins an increasingly substantial portfolio of 20 hotels under Compass Hospitality management in the UK, whose current growth is being further supported by the growing momentum of the rebounding UK hospitality market. The property boasts 84 ensuite bedrooms, many of which enjoy uninterrupted sea views, ample car parking, spacious public areas as well as a range of amenities including an on-site restaurant, bar, snack bar, shared lounges, luggage storage, a 24-hour front desk and feature ballroom. Paignton, set in the heart of Torbay, is an ideal resort for all ages as well as a great base from which to explore South Devon and the surrounding area. Within the hotel, the south-facing Sun Lounge and Harbour Bar Lounge offer stunning views across ‘the Bay’ and the attractive Riviera Suite provides a warm and friendly atmosphere to relax in. February 10, 2022 – Compass Hospitality continues its strong expansion into the UK market, with an additional Scottish property, acquired by Singapore-based Seacare Hospitality. The Best Western Queen’s Hotel of Perth will be the Compass Hospitality’s 16th hotel in the UK, further establishing the hotel management companies’ strong foothold in the market.
