We're seeking a highly accomplished and strategic Vice President of Operations to lead and optimize all operational facets of our organization. This senior leadership role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, fostering continuous improvement, and ensuring the efficient delivery of our products or services to achieve ambitious business objectives.

 

Requirements

 

• - Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company growth, lead budget planning, and contribute to our long-term vision.
• - Manage daily operations across various departments (e.g., production, supply chain, customer service), establish KPIs, and enforce operational policies.
• - Champion continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma to optimize workflows and reduce costs.
• - Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing operations team, fostering a collaborative and accountable environment.
• - Partner with other departments and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and achieve company goals.
• - Identify and mitigate operational risks, developing contingency plans to ensure business continuity.
• - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field required; Master's degree (MBA) highly preferred.
• - 10-15 years of progressive operations management experience, including 5-7 years in a senior leadership role. Proven track record in transforming complex operational functions is essential.
